What this is
This is an independent advisory record for people buying pre-construction property. It maps a due-diligence checklist to specific developments and reports what the public record shows — including what could not be confirmed. It exists to help buyers ask the right questions and verify the answers themselves.
Independence
This record takes no advertising and no payment from developers, brokers, or sellers, and publishes adverse findings about named developers where the record supports them. It has no financial interest in whether any purchase closes. That structural independence is what lets it report against a seller's interest.
What this is not
It is not legal, tax, or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for your own licensed attorney or notary. A dossier with no adverse findings is not a clearance. Always verify each item at its official source before acting.
